The Song Studio is operated by Lumul LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16446074), registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Lumul LTD is the data controller. Contact: music@thesongstudio.co.uk.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), contact information, song briefs you submit, order records, payment references from our payment provider, messages you send us, and audio files we create for you.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
How we use it
To create and deliver your song, manage your order and revisions, respond to your messages and send order-related email notifications. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, payments and email, who process data only on our instructions.
Data retention
We keep your account, orders and songs while your account is open so you can keep streaming and downloading them. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. We keep order and payment records for as long as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing music@thesongstudio.co.uk, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
