Personalised goods
Songs are made to your personal specification. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to custom-made goods once production has begun with your agreement.
Before production starts
You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, or at any time before your order is marked "In production" — whichever is later.
Once production has started
Because your song is tailored to your story, we can't offer refunds once production has begun. If you're not happy, please use your package's included revision rounds so we can refine it.
Production errors
If we make a mistake — such as getting wrong a name you supplied correctly — we'll fix it free of charge without using a revision round.
